How I help
The right problem deserves the right solution.
I don’t start with a tool, technology or predetermined answer. I start with what will actually improve the business.
The same symptom can have very different causes. The same intervention can create very different value. So the starting point is always the outcome and what is preventing it.
People & ways of working
Clarify ownership. Strengthen capability.
When work depends too heavily on the owner, decisions stall, responsibilities overlap or critical knowledge sits with a few people, the answer may be clearer roles, decision rights, management routines, skills or adoption support.
Process & control
Make the work easier to execute well.
When delays, rework, hand-offs, exceptions or recurring problems are built into the way work happens, the answer may be a simpler flow, clearer controls, better information or stronger operating routines.
Systems & automation
Get more from the systems you already have.
When people compensate for disconnected information, duplicate work or poor system use with spreadsheets, messages and manual follow-ups, the answer may be better configuration, integration or sensible automation.
Technology & intelligence
Introduce new technology only when it earns its place.
When the business case genuinely requires a new capability, technology or AI may help with insight, decisions, coordination or execution. The starting point is the business need, not the tool.
Or don’t invest.
Not every problem needs a project, new system or major investment. Sometimes the right answer is to simplify the work, clarify ownership, use existing capability better or leave something alone.
The intervention should earn its place through the improvement it can realistically create.
A principle worth keeping
The smallest change that solves the right problem is often the better one.
A useful intervention is not the one with the most technology, activity or ambition. It is the one that addresses the proven cause, produces a worthwhile business outcome and can actually be sustained.

Let’s start a conversation
Bring me one business problem.
A number that concerns you. A frustrating process. Something that should work better. You don’t need the root cause, a solution or a formal project brief.
In 30 minutes, we can explore what’s happening, what may be driving it and what deserves closer attention. A starting point, not a complete diagnosis or a commitment to a larger engagement.
